A terrible sleeper herself and with no support from family in a day to day capacity while navigating the challenges of having a newborn, it was essential to encourage her baby to sleep well. She adopted a proactive approach to ensure her baby could settle independently, prioritising baby sleep as well as family wellbeing and instilling an age-appropriate routine, where just some of her successful approaches to having a baby who slept well and a successful running of the family unit.

Georgina 's approach is based on creating a thriving and loving household that supports sleep for the child while also ensuring the emotional wellbeing of the family unit is prioritised. Her approach addresses the fundamental aspects for creating optimal sleep for children while assessing both the baby’s and mother’s wellbeing. She herself has had a significant amount of loss so Georgina can identify how loss/trauma impacts the way we react to our babies as well as the detrimental effect of sleep deprivation on the entire family and its productivity in all aspects of life. As a Holistic Sleep Consultant and Qualified Naturopath, she has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon in terms of medical conditions that may be pre-existing as well as significant resources and experience to draw upon as she strategizes with families on their path to meeting the sleep goals which are specific to them.
